We are a chemical biology lab focused on developing and applying enzymatic tools for spatially- and temporally-resolved mapping of post-translational modifications using mass spectrometry-based proteomics. Our approach is rooted in protein engineering, mechanistic enzymology, and organic chemistry. We apply our tools to advance our understanding of the who, what, where, when, and why of biological signaling.
